About me
Hey, my name is Lee, I am a Wirral based counsellor & clinical hypnotherapist offering help and support with mental health & wellbeing issues including stress, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship and family issues across the Wirral and Merseyside
Are you looking for help/support with something that you're struggling with, worried about or can't put your finger on, but know something is wrong?. Is this to do with you, how you feel about yourself, or outside pressures and experiences that are making you stressed, anxious, depressed or just stuck and feel like you are failing.
The first thing to know is that you aren't failing.
We all need help sometimes, and the hardest and most courageous thing you will do is to take the first step and reach out to ask for it.
I have been on both sides of the therapy room, so I understand the stress and anxiety of choosing the right therapist. While it seems to be an impossible task to choose, its about taking one step at a time. So even if you aren't sure exactly what's going on for you, get in touch, book a free 30 minute call and we can have a chat about what is going on for you and go from there.
Working together, you can discover, explore, make sense of, and fix what's not working in your life right now, we will work towards making positive changes, achieve your goals and provide you with the tools and resilience to identify and maintain these going forward after therapy.
I really enjoy what I do and I try very hard to make this whole process, from start to finish, as easy and as comfortable for you as possible. I am very easy to talk to, don't judge and have a very relaxed and common sense way of working with people
In my sessions, you can expect:
- You will have the space and opportunity to be able to put yourself first
- Tried & tested theories and practices to support you and your mental well-being in a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can feel heard, listened to and develop the tools to work through your issues and build resiliency for the future.
- Help you to put things into perspective and make positive changes to your life.
- Keep things simple and relaxed. No Judgement, No Pressure & No Jargon or fancy counsellor speak.
- Give yourself the chance of making positive change in your life and reach your goals of where you want to be, whatever that looks like for you.
So, whether you are looking for Hypnotherapy or a more talking based model for whatever you are struggling with, please feel free to get in touch for a free, no obligation 30 minute chat, to ask any questions you might have, so that we can make a start on improving your mental health and wellbeing today.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
