About me
I work with individuals and couples seeking more – more clarity, more connection, more meaning.
Healing isn’t just physical, it’s energetic, emotional, spiritual. I help people reconnect with themselves, so they can feel their best in their bodies, in their relationships, and their lives. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that have shaped your life, helping you make meaningful change. I believe our symptoms often hold important messages. With the right support, they can guide powerful growth.
I bring deep expertise and hard-won life experience to help you reconnect with your inner compass so that you can embrace a life full of authentic connection and possibility, showing up fully for yourself and those you love.
People describe me as curious, open and warm, with a sharp mind able to see things from multiple perspectives. I integrate a range of perspectives from psychotherapy to neuroscience to astrology and holistic models of health which strive for balance in all areas of life so that you can come back to your natural state of self-regulation. I have a great capacity for acknowledging difficulties whilst holding the possibility of a more positive place.
Training, qualifications & experience
As a Gestalt psychotherapist, I’ve completed 6 years of specialist training at the Metanoia Institute. As well as a Master’s degree in Gestalt Psychotherapy, I have a Post-Graduate Certificate in People and Organisation Development & a Master’s degree in Public Policy. I care deeply about the health and wellbeing of individuals, organisations and communities.
I’ve worked with clients in community counselling services since 2020, including Mind and one of the largest psychotherapy research clinics in Europe.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
