About me

Real support. Real time.

A brand new way to support you and your teenager - offering immediate, expert help when you need it most, not weeks later at your appointment or on a 6 week course!

I work with parents of teens and pre-teens who are facing some of the most challenging years of their parenting journey. Whether your teen is refusing school, shutting down emotionally, or you just don’t know what’s going on anymore - I provide real-time, one-to-one support that’s practical, calm, and clear.

This isn’t traditional therapy. It’s responsive guidance via a voice messaging app that lets you reach out whenever things get tough. You’ll get a response the same day (within 3 hours where possible), so you’re not stuck waiting for appointments or second-guessing every decision.

Parents tell me this is the first time they’ve felt truly supported because they can offload, ask questions, and get actionable advice exactly when the chaos hits.

We need to get rid of the barriers, long waiting lists and red tape and just offer support when it’s needed.

I’ve been a working with teenagers and their families in mental health for over 20 years, and I know how isolating it can feel when you don’t know what’s normal, what’s serious, or what to try next. I’ll help you make sense of what’s going on, guide you step-by-step, and help you feel like you’ve got this again.

And if your teen needs counselling themselves? I’ve got you. I can refer you directly to my network of qualified, insured, DBS-checked therapists who specialise in supporting young people.

I’ve worked in social services, education, residential support, NHS and within my private counselling practice, giving me a wide range of experience to bring to you.

If you’re ready for something that actually fits your life and your parenting reality - reach out. This could be the turning point you’ve been looking for!
