I’m Laura, a psychotherapist, counsellor, and parenting coach supporting adults, couples, teenagers, and families through anxiety, ADHD, trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and family challenges.
With more than 22 years of experience, I offer practical, supportive therapy that helps people understand what’s happening and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

My approach is warm, practical, honest, and non-judgemental. I combine psychotherapy, counselling, coaching, and psychology-based strategies to help clients create meaningful change in everyday life - not just inside the therapy room. A large part of my work focuses on supporting teenagers and their parents through some of the most challenging stages of adolescence.
