MUKCP Group and Individual Psychotherapist, BSc Psychology

About me

You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that are hard to understand or change.

I am a UKCP-registered psychotherapist (individual and group) working with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, trauma (including PTSD and Complex PTSD), and difficulties in relationships, including those with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Condition, AuDHD and dyslexia. I support a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, as well as people navigating life changes or seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their patterns.

Anxiety can take many forms — feeling constantly on edge, overwhelmed, shut down, or stuck in patterns that are hard to shift. In our work together, we focus on understanding what anxiety means for you, how it shows up in your body and emotions, and how it connects to your experiences and relationships. From there, we develop ways to regulate, make sense of patterns, and find new strategies that feel sustainable.

My work is trauma-informed and grounded in the nervous system, emotional regulation, and attachment. I support clients with relational and attachment-based difficulties, including challenges around trust, boundaries, and emotional connection.

I have specialist experience working with neurodivergent adults, including those with ADHD, autism, AuDHD and dyslexia. This includes support around late diagnosis, masking, burnout, and the impact of neurodivergence on identity, work, and relationships.

My approach is integrative and humanistic. I combine talking therapy with a body-informed and experiential focus to support emotional awareness, regulation, and meaningful change. I take an active and engaged approach, working with you to make sense of your experiences and patterns.

Taking the first step can feel difficult. You’re welcome to get in touch to arrange a free 15-minute initial phone conversation, where we can see whether working together feels like the right next step.
