About me

"Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we'll ever do." - Brené Brown

My journey into therapy began with my own experience of overcoming personal adversities, including grief, trauma, and complex relationships. Finding a therapist who truly saw me, who listened without trying to 'fix' me, changed the way I related to myself and others. That experience shaped the therapist I've become: someone who walks alongside you, creating a safe space where you can speak freely, feel heard, and reconnect with your inner resources.

We all carry stories shaped by our past, but I believe new chapters can be written, ones that reflect who you really are. I work in a holistic and creative way, recognising that healing, especially from trauma, often requires more than talking alone. I offer both standalone counselling and an integrative approach that may include hypnotherapy, EFT, or IEMT, depending on what's right for you. My work is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in a person-centred approach, meaning our sessions are guided by your unique experiences, values, and goals.

I'm a warm, creative counsellor with a deeply compassionate approach. I support both adults and young people through challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-worth, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and life transitions. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by expectation, stuck in old patterns, or unsure how to move forward, we can gently explore what's happening together, at your pace and without judgement.

Alongside my private practice, I also volunteer with the NHS Youth Counselling Service, where I support young people facing a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges.

Whether you're seeking support for yourself or your child, I'd be honoured to walk alongside you. Let's talk about what you need and how we can work together, helping you make sense of your story and reconnect with who you truly are.
