About me
My Ethos
I provide my clients with a safe, non judgemental space but with a relaxed, welcoming, homely feel and my therapy room echoes this ethos. So when you are with me, feel free to have a cuppa, take your shoes off, put your feet up on the sofa and get comfortable, then we can talk about what's happening for you right now. I know that counselling can be challenging, but it doesn't have to be heavy and intense all the time - I am able to hold space for the tears and the laughter and anything in between. I work with a vast range of topics, from anxiety, stress and relationship difficulties to self worth, purpose and direction.
What's Holistic about my practice?
Along side my counselling, I can when needed draw upon my Reiki practice and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) knowledge to help provide a more rounded support for my clients. I am aware that not everyone will want this and so only use it when it is welcomed - so please do not be put off if this is something you do not want.
Why work with me?
We all hold the inner strength and ability to grow and change as individuals but sometimes life’s challenges obstruct our path or there may be things from the past that hold us back and make it more difficult to navigate alone. Sometimes we just need a bit of help. Together we can work towards your goals and empower you to make those positive changes in your life that will enable you to move forwards and thrive. I have experience of working with children, young people and adults. I am a registered accredited member of the National Counselling Society and abide by their Ethical Framework. I am fully insured, hold an enhanced DBS and am registered with the ICO.

- Counselling: £55 per 60 minute session - block booking of 4 sessions £200
- Reiki: £40 per 60 minute session
- Joint Counselling & Reiki session £80 per 120 minute session
The frequency of sessions is flexible and dependent on the client's needs.
