My name is Laura & I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor, hypnotherapist and integral eye movement therapist. In today fast paced world, we often find ourselves caught up in the pressures and demands of everyday life. Our emotional well-being can easily become neglected as we try to keep up with the constant stream of responsibilities. That is why I am here to provide you with a safe, nurturing and empathetic space where you can explore your inner world, gain insight into your challenges, and emerge with renewed clarity and strength.
In order to truly thrive you need to heal from and overcome emotional & mental challenges that may be holding you back. By healing from past traumas, negative beliefs & unhealthy patterns, we can create a foundation for personal growth, resilience, and overall well being.
