About me

Thank you for stopping by.....

I am trained in different counselling approaches and techniques, and offer talking therapy, breathwork and a number of non talking therapies. My approach allows me to tailor our sessions to your unique needs, to best help you achieve your therapy goals. I take a holistic approach to supporting my clients, because it is not only life events that can affect how we think, feel and act. I will be guided by what you want to achieve during our sessions, they are yours to bring whatever you want. We will work at your pace, towards your goals and the future you want. My aim is for you to be empowered and have full autonomy, I feel that is where real healing lies.

I provide face to face and online sessions. Whether in-person or online, I will provide a safe and non-judgemental space for you to speak and be heard.

In addition to talking therapy, I can offer breathwork, Hypnotherapy, Integrated Eye Movement Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Neuro-linguistic Programming and nutrition advice. I feel it is important to provide an alternative to talk therapy, not everyone is comfortable sharing their story. These techniques help process troublesome emotions and memories, and reduce the negative impact they have. And they work very quickly. I also offer Single Session Therapy (or One at a time therapy) which is targeted at a specific issue and is therapist lead.

About you - Perhaps you have feelings of stress, anxiety or depression that you would to resolve? Maybe you are experiencing insomnia, low self esteem, low confidence or low mood? Are you struggling to navigate a difficult life event and are looking for support? Are you trying to find meaning in your life after the death of a loved one or a beloved pet? Would you like help with weight loss, smoking cessation or a phobia? Have you experienced significant trauma as a child or adult and looking for support to process and heal from your experiences? Do you feel 'stuck' in life but don't know how to change this? Or maybe you'd like an occasional session to speak with someone impartial, without hearing the well meant, but confusing, advise from friends and family? If I have not mentioned something that is affecting you, please get in touch to discuss if I can help.

Sessions are held in a calm and peaceful shepherds hut, just outside Kilmarnock.

I will reply to every enquiry. If you don’t receive a response to your email, please check junk folders.
