Integrative Counsellor, MNCPS (Acc.)

About me

Are you feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck in cycles of anxiety?

You might look like you’re coping on the outside - but inside feel exhausted, overthinking everything, or struggling to switch off. Work or life pressures may be building, leaving you feeling stretched, disconnected, or unsure how to keep going at the same pace.

Choosing the right counsellor can make a real difference. I understand how difficult it can be to find someone you feel able to trust with your most personal thoughts, experiences, and emotions.

I offer a warm, down-to-earth, and compassionate space where you can talk openly without judgement. As an integrative counsellor, I tailor therapy to you - your personality, your experiences, and what you need from the process. I have a genuine interest in understanding who you are and what you’ve been through.

I work particularly with anxiety, stress, and burnout - often linked to ongoing pressure, high expectations, or feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to break. You may feel like you’re carrying more than you can manage right now, or questioning whether things will ever feel easier.

Struggling with these feelings can leave you overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to cope. Therapy offers a space to slow things down, make sense of what’s going on, and begin to feel more in control again.

At your pace, we can explore what’s contributing to how you’re feeling - whether that’s current pressures, past experiences, or unhelpful patterns that have developed over time. Alongside this, we can find practical ways to support you in managing anxiety, reducing overwhelm, and building a greater sense of balance.

Whatever you’re experiencing, it matters - and you don’t have to carry it alone.

If you feel this approach might be right for you, you’re welcome to get in touch. I am here when you are ready.
