About me
Do you feel lost, overwhelmed by anxiety, loneliness, or sadness? Have you experienced abuse or sexual violence? You don’t have to face it alone.
I’m Nadia, a Counselor and Psychotherapist committed to providing a compassionate space where you can be truly heard and understood. In our sessions, you’ll have a safe, non-judgmental environment to explore your feelings and make sense of past or present events, relationships, or life situations. Together, we’ll draw on your own strengths and resources to help you gain greater self-awareness and make the changes you want. I’ll support you in understanding yourself more deeply and making your own choices.
My approach is person-centered, with integrative methods used as needed. I prioritize your unique needs and goals, tailoring our sessions to best support your journey. I have extensive experience and specialize in trauma, all forms of gender-based violence, including sexual violence and abuse, PTSD, complex emotional challenges, and the impact of systemic oppression. My work also encompasses healing from childhood adversity, relationship difficulties, and the effects of anxiety and depression.
As a bilingual therapist trained in trauma-informed care, I provide culturally sensitive support in both English and Greek.
I understand that taking the first step toward counseling can be daunting- I’ve been there too. Know that you’re not alone. I invite you to reach out just as you are, and together we’ll explore how we can support your healing journey. Your feelings and experiences are valid, and I’m here to listen and understand.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
