About me
My name is Kiran, I offer therapy through - Hope Therapy - 'Healing with Words'.
Qualified Psychotherapist & Relationship Counsellor.
I offer a warm, compassionate and thoughtful space where you can slow down, breathe and begin to make sense of what you’re feeling. Therapy with me is a place to gently explore your inner world, rebuild confidence and reconnect with who you are beneath stress, self-doubt or emotional pain.
Many people come to me feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed or stuck in repeating relationship patterns. You may feel disconnected from yourself, unsure of your needs or carrying emotional weight from earlier life experiences or attachment wounds. Together, we take time to understand these patterns with care and curiosity, helping you develop greater self-awareness, emotional clarity and self-compassion.
My way of working is humanistic and relational. I believe healing happens through feeling seen, heard and understood. I draw on Transactional Analysis (TA) and Inner Child work and Imago Relationship Therapy within an integrative framework to support emotional healing, deepen insight and strengthen relationships both with yourself and with others.
I welcome adults from all cultural, ethnic and faith backgrounds. I am especially mindful of how culture, family expectations, identity and lived experience shape emotional wellbeing and relationships. I work in a trauma-informed way and offer a supportive space for those healing from emotional abuse, cultural pressures or difficult life transitions.

Relationship Counselling – Re-Jor Relationship Therapy
Alongside individual psychotherapy, I also work as a Relationship Counsellor, offering Re-Jor Relationship Therapy, my own integrative, culturally informed approach for individuals and couples experiencing difficulties in their relationships.
Re-Jor means to reconnect, recover and repair. This work draws on Imago Relationship Therapy, Transactional Analysis and relational principles, while also honouring cultural values and family systems. It supports honest, respectful communication, emotional understanding and healthier ways of relating.
I am especially mindful of how culture, family expectations and traditions can shape relationship dynamics. I offer a respectful space to explore these influences while supporting healthier ways of connecting.
