About me
Are you longing for fulfilling relationships, but finding yourself stuck in repetitive patterns? You might struggle with boundaries, self-esteem, or anxiety when connecting with others. You may overthink your interactions or end up feeling responsible for other people’s emotions. Maybe you are drawn to partners who are unavailable, or leave you feeling unseen or unappreciated. You may be navigating a new relationship, healing after heartbreak, or trying to make sense of a difficult family dynamic. If someone close to you struggles with addiction, or if connections often feel intense, confusing or one-sided, you’re not alone.
I help you make sense of the patterns shaping your relationships and support you in creating healthier, more balanced ways of relating — with yourself and others. My approach combines talk therapy with mindfulness, breathwork, somatic techniques, parts work, NLP and EFT, creating change on emotional, physical and spiritual level.
I offer a compassionate, confidential space where we work together to explore and make sense of your experiences. I will support you in holding difficult emotions and understanding what feels confusing, so you can build self-trust and create healthier boundaries that feel right for you. If this resonates, I invite you to get in touch!

I trained at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) and I hold a Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy Education, acquired as a result of a 5-year-long postgraduate training. I am an accredited member of both the NCPS and UKCP, and I uphold the ethical responsibilities required in professional practice, including regular clinical supervision.
I have over 8 years of experience working with clients of culturally diverse backgrounds, presenting a wide range of issues. I work with clients who are:

- Healing from heartbreak, emotional or narcissistic abuse, or family addiction.
- Navigating communication challenges, conflict, or complex family and cultural dynamics.
- Recovering from codependency, enmeshment, or patterns of people-pleasing and lost boundaries.
- Exploring intimacy, desire, sexual identity, emotional closeness, and personal growth in relationships
- Navigating relationships as a highly sensitive person
- Experiencing issues related with being an expat in a multi-cultural relationship
