About me

Hi, I'm Kimberley, as a qualified Counselling Psychologist, I am trained and experienced in supporting people experiencing a variety of challenges as well as specialising in anxiety, stress, burnout, perfectionism and low confidence/ self-esteem.

  • Do you spend hours replaying conversations, worrying what others think of you?
  • Perhaps relationships feel difficult to navigate, rejection hits hard, or you struggle to set boundaries and say no.
  • Pushing yourself relentlessly yet not feeling good enough, leaving you exhausted and overwhelmed.
  • Feeling like your life isn't how you imagined it would be or feeling disconnected from what matters most.

How I can help:

In therapy, we'll work together to understand these challenges and create a space where you can make sense of what's happening, learn practical strategies and create meaningful changes in your life.

Reaching out for support isn't always easy. If you've found yourself here, you've made the first step. I'd be happy to help you with the next if you want to reach out to discuss what's been going on with a free 15 minute call to see if we can work together to help you get unstuck.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
