Supervision details
I offer a warm, reflective and collaborative supervision space where you can bring both the rewards and challenges of your work. I see supervision as more than a place to discuss cases – it is an opportunity to pause, think together, and make sense of the experiences, emotions and questions that arise when working with people. My aim is to create a relationship that feels supportive, open and grounded in trust, where you feel able to speak honestly without fear of judgement.
My practice is informed by my work as a psychologist across NHS and private settings, alongside approaches including CBT, ACT, Compassion Focused Therapy, Person-Centred therapy and trauma-informed practice. I am particularly interested in the therapeutic relationship, the use of self in therapy, and how our own experiences, values and identities shape our work. Whether you are looking for support with clinical work, professional development, ethical dilemmas or simply a space to reflect and reconnect with what matters to you as a practitioner, I aim to offer supervision that is thoughtful, compassionate and tailored to your individual needs
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
