About me
When you spend your life living by the values of others, you can feel a deep sense of anxiety, sadness, or disconnection. That feeling of "something isn't right" often signals that your own true values are trying to surface. Uncovering your authentic self begins with being met exactly where you are, in an environment of genuine curiosity and unconditional acceptance. Uncovering your authentic self requires a safe, deeply accepting space where your unique story is met with genuine curiosity rather than judgment.
Grief and emotional pain can feel isolating, especially when life expects us to "move on" before we’re ready. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can make sense of what you’re feeling - whether you’re newly bereaved, facing a significant life transition, or simply need a place to breathe and be heard.
