About me
I am a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist with over 21 years of working within the NHS across both primary and secondary care settings.
For the past 15 years, I have specialised in supporting children, adolescents, and their families. I am passionate about helping young people feel understood, build confidence, and thrive in their daily lives.
I offer comprehensive assessments for ADHD, autism, and learning difficulties, including cognitive (IQ) assessments, providing clear and thoughtful feedback to help families and schools better understand a young person’s strengths and needs.
Alongside assessment work, I support young people experiencing a range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, relational challenges, behavioural difficulties, trauma, and stress. I aim to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where young people can explore their experiences and develop effective ways of coping.
I also work closely with parents and carers, offering guidance and support around developmental, emotional, and behavioural challenges.
In addition, I am a BPS-accredited professional supervisor, providing both individual and group supervision.
I am based in Greater London and Essex, and offer both in-person and UK-wide remote sessions.
Training, qualifications & experience
I completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 2010 at Canterbury Christ Church University. Prior to this, I undertook a Postgraduate Diploma in CBT Interventions in 2007.
I am committed to ongoing professional development and have completed further specialist training in EMDR, Autism Assessment, and working with autism in girls. I have also trained in a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including DBT skills, ACT for adolescents, Mentalisation, and Narrative Therapy (Levels 1 and 2).
In addition, I have undertaken advanced training in clinical supervision, supporting my work as a BPS-accredited supervisor.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
