About me

I’m curious, compassionate, and actively engaged in your journey.  It is safe to bring anything you’re feeling, from daily stresses to emotions that feel raw or intense — you don’t need to hold back. All parts of you, even those you may be used to hiding, are welcome here.

Getting in touch is an important first step towards life feeling lighter. You may feel uncertain, but please know there’s no pressure or commitment when you get in touch — we’ll move at your pace, and you’re welcome to ask any questions along the way.

I offer short-term therapy for specific challenges and longer-term therapy to explore underlying patterns and experiences.

Through our work, you will begin to understand yourself and your patterns, developing insight, self-compassion, and the confidence to move forward.

My practice is tailored to the diverse needs of each individual. I have experience supporting neurodivergent clients, and my approach is LGBT+ inclusive, culturally aware, and supportive.

My Approach

I work as an integrative therapist, which means I draw on different therapeutic approaches to suit you as an individual, rather than using a one-size-fits-all model. This allows the work to be shaped around what you need, at your pace.

My work is influenced by Transactional Analysis (TA), a practical and accessible approach that helps make sense of patterns in thoughts, feelings, and relationships. Together, we look at how these patterns may have developed and how they might be affecting your life now.

Therapy is about understanding your experiences in a way that helps you feel lighter, more confident in yourself, and clearer about the direction you want to take.

I also work in a trauma-informed way, recognising how past experiences can continue to shape how we feel and respond in the present. I prioritise safety, trust, and collaboration, supporting you to develop coping skills and regain a sense of steadiness and control.

Where it feels helpful, I may incorporate creative methods such as art or role play. These can offer a gentle, supportive way to explore emotions and experiences that may be difficult to put into words.
