About me
Hello!
I'm Kerry, a qualified integrative counsellor/ psychotherapist, and I'm here to support you through whatever challenges you may be facing.
My counselling approach is known as integrative, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic models to tailor our work to your individual needs. I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to healing.
Am I right for you?
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, and life’s everyday difficulties, whether that’s relationship issues, work stress, simply feeling stuck or lost… or something else completely. Sometimes it starts out as one thing, and then we realise it might be something else altogether. I have also worked with survivors of domestic violence and abuse, helping people rebuild their sense of safety, identity, and trust.
My passion lies in helping you reconnect with your strengths, gain clarity, and feel more confident in yourself and your choices. Together, we can explore what’s on your mind, or what you feel is holding you back and work towards creating a more fulfilling and peaceful life. I believe that you are your own expert, so it’s not for me to tell you what to do, but rather help you explore what your options are, or ways that you can move forward.
How would we work together?
I work with online sessions, which means you can access support from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are in the UK. Therapy should be accessible, and I’m here to make sure distance is never a barrier to getting the help you need.
I offer a free, no-obligation initial consultation so you can get a sense of whether I’m the right fit for you. It’s a chance for us to connect and see what support might look like moving forward, there’s no pressure, just a friendly conversation.
When you’re ready to talk, I’m here to listen.
