About me

I will listen to your story without judgement and together we can unpick how you have arrived where you are now and what you need to move forward in a happy & healthy way. As a Therapeutic Counsellor, I work in a Person-Centred way, which means that I believe that you are the expert on yourself.

Trained in Trauma-Informed Practice, I work with clients with a number of presenting issues, including depression, anxiety, addiction and low self-esteem, as well as those coming to terms with a loss or major life changes. This is not an exhaustive list, so please feel free to contact me if you think I seem like a good fit for you.

I understand the power of nature and as such, I offer Walk & Talk Therapy in the Forest of Dean. I also offer online counselling as well as face to face counselling in Coleford.

I can help you navigate all life stages, with a particular interest in trauma, addiction and menopause.

I am fully trained to work with children and young people and have worked in a number of settings supporting children and young people.
