About me
I know how hard it is to ask for help, particularly when experiencing anxiety or poor self-esteem. I am a Neurodivergent-Affirming counsellor, having helped many clients with both diagnosed and undiagnosed ADHD, and I will listen to your experience without judgement.
Together we can unpick how you have arrived where you are now and discover what you need to move forward in a happy & healthy way.
Trained in Trauma-Informed Practice, I work with clients with a number of presenting issues, including depression, anxiety, addiction and low self-esteem, as well as those coming to terms with a loss or major life changes.
I am particularly interested in supporting individuals experiencing emotional difficulties related to peri- & menopause and coming to terms with living with ADHD.
I offer a flexible approach with weekly or fortnightly options for Online and Face-to-Face counselling in Coleford.
I can help you navigate all life stages, with a particular interest in trauma, addiction and menopause.
I am fully trained to work with children and young people and have worked in a number of settings supporting children and young people.
