About me
Hello and welcome.
Choosing a counsellor is a personal decision, and I appreciate how important it is to feel comfortable with the person you choose to work with.
I aim to offer a calm, empathic, and supportive space where you can talk openly, be yourself, and feel heard and understood without judgement. I recognise the value of having someone truly listen and support you, and the powerful role this can play in promoting emotional wellbeing and developing a greater sense of self.
I work with you as an individual, taking the time to understand what has brought you to counselling and adapting our sessions to an approach that feels right for you. This may include exploring experiences from the past, understanding how they have shaped you, and processing what you have been through. Together, we can begin to make sense of how you are feeling and explore how past experiences may still be affecting you today.
I value the opportunity to work with adults experiencing a range of emotional difficulties and life changes, including anxiety, stress, illness, trauma, bereavement, grief and menopause. I am here to support you through periods of change, particularly when life may feel uncertain, overwhelming or difficult to navigate.
I have a particular interest in supporting people through the different stages and transitions that life can bring. There may be times when we barely recognise ourselves, or when we feel uncertain about who we are or where we are going. Changes in our lives, circumstances, and bodies can affect our sense of identity, leaving us feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward.
I also have a passion for supporting people through loss and grief. I feel privileged to offer a warm and supportive space where you can talk openly about your experience, explore the emotions that come with it, and begin to make sense of what has happened and how life may feel different now. Grief is deeply personal, and there is no right or wrong way to grieve, nor is there a set timeframe for the grieving process.
I offer online and in-person counselling through TogetherWe Counselling Services in Bexley and Bromley.
You do not have to navigate this alone. TogetherWe can take it from here.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
