About me

Counselling • Psychotherapy • Holistic Life Support
- Hi, I am Kelly and I provide compassionate support through life’s changes and challenges, tailored for your unique mind & soul - empowering you to move forward with greater clarity, resilience and confidence. I offer online sessions across the UK and internationally, with in-person sessions available to book now in Lockerbie, serving South Scotland and North England.

I help adults navigate life’s changes and challenges including anxiety, low mood, grief, health changes, neurodiversity, and major life transitions. My pluralistic approach means therapy is tailored to your needs - combining talking therapy's, practical tools, grounding, or creative methods to build clarity, confidence, resilience and emotional balance.

As a counsellor, psychotherapist, and nurse with over a decade of healthcare experience, I understand both the emotional and practical sides of wellbeing. My approach is warm, respectful, collaborative and is always tailored to meeting your needs, please feel free to reach out to me and explore how therapy can support you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold a Diploma in Pluralistic Counselling and Psychotherapy (SQA level 10). With over a decades of experience as a registered nurse (BSc), I bring empathy, understanding, and gentle guidance to support you in finding balance and emotional wellbeing.
