About me

I am a passionate and fully qualified integrative counsellor, dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and achieve mental well-being. Specialising in grief work, self-esteem building, inner child work, anxiety, depression, trauma, and more, I provide a supportive space for clients to explore their experiences. Using modalities like CBT, Person-Centred, Solution-Focused, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, IFS, and Transactional Analysis, I tailor sessions to each client’s needs, fostering healing and personal growth.

In addition to one-to-one counselling, I create personalised action plans to help clients achieve their goals. I am dedicated to providing valuable insights and practical tools that support personal development and mental health awareness, fostering positive change. My goal is to create a space where individuals feel heard, understood, and equipped to overcome challenges and build self-awareness.
