About me

I am licensed in the UK with 20 years of professional experience. I help clients manage stress, anxiety and panic attacks in addition to working with trauma, motivation, identity and racism, low self esteem and confidence, career difficulties, & coping with life changes and challenges. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change: I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

So, if you are asking yourself:

  • Am I on the right path or in the right place?
  • Is this really the life I want to continue building or living?
  • What would a different future look like?

It may be worth us having a chat....

I help people at life's crossroads gain clarity around their emotions and their finances so they can rebuild stability and move forward in their lives with confidence...

Reach out, let's have a chat over coffee and see if working together might  be the way to help you move forward.
