About me
Life can be overwhelming sometimes and things can go wrong despite our best intentions. It can be easier to just ignore what you are feeling, grit your teeth and try to push through. Often we don’t notice when things start to build, or struggle to recognise what it is going on for us. It can be hard to switch off the intrusive thoughts or images that continue to bring discomfort to our lives.
I specialise in working with individuals experiencing PTSD and Complex PTSD, supporting clients whose lives have been shaped by trauma, including childhood, relational, and cumulative experiences. My approach is collaborative and grounded in safety before processing. I help clients make sense of their responses to trauma while developing tools for emotional regulation, self-compassion, and resilience. I aim to create a therapeutic space where clients feel heard, empowered, and supported in reconnecting with themselves and building a life that feels more stable and meaningful..
