About me

Based online and in Stratford-Upon-Avon, I am a qualified integrative therapist - which means I use a range of methodologies in my practice to cater to the client’s needs. Some of the main approaches I use include Person Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotional Freedom Therapy and the Psychodynamic Approach (to name a few).

I believe everyone is different, and therefore can react differently to events. Meaning, each person will need different types of therapy to help them on their healing journey.

It’s all about you!

You are in charge of your mental health journey. I provide a safe and inclusive space for you to discover, challenge and process your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Take everything at your own pace and create your own path, I’m here to hand you the tools and empower your process.

As a queer, disabled, neurodivergent woman from a working class background, I am passionate about providing an accessible and intersectional space for my clients.

Constant stress and threats in our surroundings might lead us to feel helpless and want to give up; but there are strategies to develop resilience, find meaning in your experiences, and learn to love who you are.

I want to create a safe, inclusive, and accessible Alcove for people to feel empowered and to find peace with their true self.
