About me

Hello, I’m Kathleen. I offer face to face and online therapy. I have experience working with people of all ages with many different needs. I offer a confidential, non-judgemental space where I actively listen and connect with each individual client.

I combine talking with creative exercises to encourage free expression and self-realisation. Often, people find using creative methods help to reflect on their experiences and relationships, to process their thoughts and feelings, which then supports change. Some people prefer to only talk, and that’s okay. Every session is led by the client.

I offer a free introductory video call (10-20 mins) to learn more about you and why you are seeking therapy at this time, to answer any questions you might have and to think together about how I can help.

Please read more about me and my practice on my website, and feel free to get in touch with any questions and/or enquiries. I will always aim to reply within 2 working days. Please check your junk/ spam folder if you have not received an email.

“I made a lot of progress in the year I spent with Kathleen and am very glad to say I am doing much, much better. I have a better toolkit to evaluate and address issues now than I had before.”
