About me

Hello, I’m Kathleen. I’m a Drama & Movement Psychotherapist. I have a therapy room in Norwich city centre. I also offer Online Therapy sessions and Walk & Talk sessions across Norfolk. I work with both individuals and organisations.

I am non-judgemental, compassionate and adaptable. I tailor my approach to best suit the needs of each individual client. Some people prefer to only talk and some wish to be creative.

People can find using creative methods help to reflect on their experiences and relationships, to process their thoughts and feelings, which then supports change. We might use art, clay, writing, storytelling, movement (this list isn’t exhaustive!)

I work with adults, adolescents and children from my therapy room in Norwich city centre. I can also visit schools and organisations. Please note: I only work with adults and adolescents for Online and Walk & Talk therapy.

I offer a free introductory video call (10-20 mins) to learn more about you and why you are seeking therapy at this time, to answer any questions you might have and to think together about how I can help.

Please feel free to get in touch! I will always aim to reply within 2 working days. Please check your junk/ spam folder if you have not received an email.
