Therapy for relational trauma, emotional abuse, CPTSD and narcissistic abuse recovery. If you feel exhausted, stuck in painful patterns, or disconnected from your sense of self after difficult relationships or family dynamics, therapy can help you make sense of what has happened and move forward with clarity, safety, and confidence. My approach is warm, grounded, and informed by both professional training and a genuine understanding of how deeply these experiences can affect a person.
