About me

You may look like you're coping - even thriving - from the outside. You're capable, responsible, and often the person others rely on. But inside, you may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you.

I work with adults and couples facing a range of challenges including anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, stress, low self-esteem and work-related pressures. Many of my clients have spent years putting others first, striving to meet expectations, or holding themselves to impossibly high standards.

Together, we explore the patterns that shape how you think, feel and relate to others, helping you develop greater self-awareness, healthier relationships and more choice in how you live your life.

My approach is warm, collaborative and grounded in Transactional Analysis, attachment theory and relational psychotherapy. I offer both short and longer-term therapy, tailored to your individual needs.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • Advanced Diploma in Transactional Analysis
  • MA (hons) Psychology
  • MSc Occupational Psychology

Further information

Before training as a psychotherapist, I spent many years working in organisational psychology and leadership consulting. This means I bring an understanding of the pressures that can come with demanding careers, leadership responsibilities, relationship challenges and major life transitions.

I work with adults and couples from a wide range of backgrounds and have a particular interest in relationships, attachment, anxiety, self-esteem, identity, and the impact of stress on our wellbeing and relationships.

My approach is warm, collaborative and non-judgemental. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to explore difficult experiences honestly, while also being supported to make meaningful changes in your life.

Alongside traditional therapy, I have an interest in the role that nature, movement and surfing can play in psychological wellbeing, resilience and personal growth.

I offer sessions in person in Bristol, online, and outdoors where appropriate.
