About me

I specialise in the area of feeling 'overwhelmed', for example, your boundaries being stepped over from key people in your life past and present. I work with you to define these boundaries and creating space where you not only feel physically safe but also psychologically safe.  lack of concentration may be impacting your life and just getting through the day seams a battle. We have many challenges in life and wanting to feel positive in life, have healthy relationships and more at ease inside yourself, sometimes needs help. I am hear to support those questions in life:

  -Where has my energy gone?

-How do I feel calmer?

-How do I get rid of negativity in your life?

My experience of working with bereavement, chronic pain, anxiety, depression and psychological neglect, enables me to support your needs. You matter so let’s start with, “Take care of you”.

'Knowledge is power'; taking the steps to understand your self more, the impact past relationships have had on your adult life and what emotional neglect is happening for you right now. Working in collaboration with the tools of resiliency, counselling and psychotherapy can enable you to reduce confusion, and feelings of being overwhelmed, hurt and anxious. making space for all the parts of you to be heard: the part that keeps strong, the part that hides emotional wounds and the resourceful part that gets you through the day.
