About me

Hello and welcome to my page :-)

A little bit about me:

I would describe myself as warm, approachable and friendly in nature. As I know what it's like to be in both the client and counsellor chair, I do get how daunting and scary this step into counselling could potentially be for you.

However, I'll be alongside you throughout each part of the journey and I hope you will be able to gain clarity and perspective on your situation. Counselling as well as being overwhelming, can be a really eye-opening and empowering experience which you could really gain a great deal from and learn deeply about yourself.

How I work

First and foremost though, my main aim is to provide a secure and compassionate space where you can explore, learn and grow.

As an integrative counsellor, we will work together to find an approach that takes into account YOU as an individual and your unique needs.

I am open and adaptable as well as non-judgmental in the way I work with each of my clients and I feel it is important to accept you in terms of where you are at currently. I will support and empower you to shine a light on what impact certain life circumstances have had on for instance; your beliefs about yourself, relationships, feelings, thoughts and behaviours.

This will all be at a pace that suits you taking into account what it is you'd like to get out of the therapy experience.
