About me

An experienced BACP-registered psychotherapist with over a decade of private practice and NHS brief-therapy experience, offering a warm, relaxed, and down-to-earth space to work through life’s challenges.

Why Choose This Approach?

Approaching therapy for the first time can feel like an overwhelming prospect. Because of this, I focus on creating a therapeutic relationship that is grounded, relaxed, and genuinely comfortable.

Clients report that talking to me feels unintimidating and safe - a collaborative space where you can bring your messiest thoughts or heaviest worries and find a calm, steady, and entirely non-judgmental response.

How We Will Work Together

I provide a safe, ethically structured framework for both short-term focused counselling and open-ended, long-term psychotherapy. As an integrative therapist, my expertise lies in flexibility rather than a rigid, one-size-fits-all model.

I draw responsibly from established, evidence-based modalities to tailor a treatment plan unique to your pace and goals:

Humanistic & Psychodynamic: We explore how your past experiences shape your present patterns, grounded in deep respect and warmth.

CBT & Solution-Focused Processes: We integrate practical, proactive tools to help you manage day-to-day challenges when you need them.

Areas of Experience

Throughout my ten years of practice, I have supported adults navigating a broad range of life difficulties. On my profile tabs, you can find the specific areas I deal with, which include:

  • Anxiety & Depression (including social anxiety, panic, and low self-esteem)
  • Identity & Relationships (including relationship difficulties, sexuality, and neurodiversity support)
  • Life Transitions & Crisis (including trauma, bereavement, and anger management)

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a fully qualified integrative psychotherapist based in London. I hold an MA and an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling, and I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

How Online Therapy Works

Working online allows you to access therapy from the comfort, privacy, and convenience of your own home or office, anywhere in the UK.To get the most out of our online sessions, all you will need is:

  • A reliable internet connection.
  • A laptop, tablet, or smartphone with a working camera and microphone.
  • A private, quiet space where you can speak freely without being interrupted.

The Initial Consultation

Finding a therapist you feel genuinely relaxed with is the most important factor in your therapeutic journey. Because of this, our first online session is a low-pressure opportunity for us to meet, discuss what is bringing you to therapy, and see if my style feels like the right fit for you.

Further information

I have over a decade of experience in private practice, running a stable and trusted clinical space for my clients. My career foundations include vital short-term clinical work within the NHS framework, where I worked on a targeted brief-therapy initiative managing caseloads and clearing specialist waiting lists for The Priory.

This background in strict, focused therapy models - delivering impactful, short-term interventions - honed my ability to build deep trust rapidly. It ensures that whether we work together for a few targeted weeks or over many months, your sessions are held within a safe, highly efficient, and ethically structured framework.
