About me
At the heart of my work, from my home in Bath, is a commitment to creating a safe, compassionate space where real change can begin.
I'm a qualified counsellor with a Level 6 Diploma (with distinction) from the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy & Counselling, where I trained for four years and I have been in private practice for 5 years. My practice is informed by additional training in areas such as ADHD, OCD, Trauma, Addiction, Anxiety, Shame, and Sexual Abuse, and I continue to deepen my understanding through ongoing professional development.
I’ve worked with a wide range of people and experiences, including young people through the charities; Off the Record and Wiltshire Mind. I also offer Couples Counselling, having completed specialist training with the Cedar Institute.
