About me
I work in a gentle, thoughtful way, helping you explore patterns, understand your emotions, and develop ways to cope that feel realistic and supportive in your everyday life. There is no pressure to share more than you feel ready to.
I believe we all carry the answers within us, and my role is to help you uncover them through the supportive relationship we create together.
I am a friendly, approachable, and compassionate psychotherapeutic counsellor working with adults. I understand that reaching out for counselling can feel daunting and like a significant step, so I aim to create a calm, non-judgmental environment where you can talk openly at your own pace. My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and genuine curiosity about your unique experiences, helping you feel heard and valued.
I provide a free 50 minutes initial consultation to explore whether working together feels right for you. Sessions can be arranged to meet in person, via phone or video call.
I work collaboratively, tailoring our sessions to suit your individual needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking to understand yourself better, I will support you in making sense of what’s going on and finding ways forward that feel right for you. Building a trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work, and I value honesty, warmth, and authenticity in our sessions.
My role is to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences and move towards meaningful change.
I work in both English and Polish. For many people, being able to express themselves in their first language—especially when speaking about deeply personal experiences—can feel incredibly important.
I also recognise that cultural background and life experience shape how we understand ourselves and the world around us. I strive to create a space that is culturally sensitive, respectful, and attuned to your individual experience.
