About me
If you’re reading this, there’s a good chance that you’ve been carrying more than you let on. It’s exhausting, right? Holding things together for others, wearing the mask that says you’re “fine,” getting through day-to-day life while feeling worn down and unsure how long you can keep going as you are. I just want you to know - I see you, and I’ve been there too. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to have it all figured out. But you do deserve a space to feel supported whilst you work through it.
Hi, I’m Kasey, a counsellor based in Ellesmere Port, West Cheshire. I currently offer support to adults 18+. My availability covers Tues/Weds/Thurs evenings and weekends. Sessions can be delivered in the way that feels best suited to you.
- In-person: based in Little Sutton, Ellesmere Port (CH66)
- Video: via Microsoft Teams
- Telephone
I work in a person-centred way, which means I believe you already have the innate ability to grow, initiate change, and make sense of what you’re experiencing. My role is to nurture this ability by offering a supportive, understanding space where you can talk freely and feel heard, rather than to give advice or tell you what to do.
Our sessions will move at your pace, without pressure to share anything before you’re ready. Your thoughts, feelings, and experiences are given time and attention, so they can be explored in a way that feels meaningful to you. Whatever you bring to our sessions, we can take the time to work through it together.
I may be a counsellor, but I’m human first. While our sessions are professional, they’re also a relaxed space for genuine connection where shared moments of laughter, understanding, and the frequent cup of tea, are just as important as the therapeutic work we do.
If any of this resonates with you, and you feel that I may be able to offer what you are looking for, or even if you are still feeling unsure and just want to find out more - I offer a free 15-minute introductory call. This is a relaxed, informal conversation where you can ask any questions, get a feel for how I work, and share a little about what you're looking for support with. There's no obligation to book sessions - it's simply a chance to see if working together feels right for you. Whenever you feel ready, I’d love to hear from you.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
