About me

Warm welcome,

If you are struggling living life the way you want to, or having the relationships that you desire, and want to work on your challenges, I would like to invite you to give me a few minutes of your time to tell you who I am and my approach to therapy.

I have worked with people on a wide range of issues, including low self-confidence, low self-esteem, stress, identity issues, anxiety, family dynamics, trauma, relationship issues, life/work balance, spirituality, existential challenges, perinatal care and life transitions, and adopt a holistic and grounded approach to adapt to your needs.

I also have experience working with vulnerable clients who struggled with psychosis, schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress disorder and dissociative disorders, amongst other

I provide easy, accessible therapy online, regardless of where you might be on the globe. I got into psychology for two main reasons:

1) To create a safe space where people can voice and process their fears, struggles and most difficult moments, and

2) To help my clients feel empowered to live the life they desire.

I like to work side by side with you and take a collaborative approach. I believe no one knows what it is like to be you, and live your life, more than you; however together with your insights I provide the technical expertise to help you through the therapeutic process by helping you address unpleasant thoughts and feelings, explore psychological distress and develop roadmaps for change.

My therapeutic style is integrative in nature and inspired by trauma, existential, and acceptance and commitment-focused therapies. I like to combine clinical knowledge and counselling skills to help you strengthen your psychological flexibility and take control of your own wellbeing. My work focuses on your sense of agency, self-worth, meaning-making and authenticity.

If this sounds right for you, drop me a line to explore and see whether my services might be for you. I offer a 15-minute free discovery call.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
