About me

Life’s challenges, loss, trauma, fear, anxiety, or depression, can cloud your inner wisdom and make it hard to cope. When everything familiar falls away, through bereavement, life-changing illness or an experience that has left you feeling numb it’s natural to feel overwhelmed, alone, or unsure where to turn.

I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings and begin to find your way forward.
