About me

Are you feeling overwhelmed or struggling right now? You don’t have to face this alone. I’m here to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can share your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Whether you're navigating challenges or simply need someone to listen, I’m here to support you with warmth and understanding.

Life can be challenging at times, but with support and understanding, it’s possible to move toward a brighter, more fulfilling future.

In our sessions, you’ll find a caring, non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely. My goal is to walk alongside you on your journey, offering gentle guidance and tools to help you regain your sense of peace and confidence. Whether you're facing specific challenges or simply feeling weighed down by life, together we’ll create a path that feels right for you.

You don’t have to face this journey alone. Let’s take the next step together.

I’m a qualified Counsellor and a Registered Member of the BACP, currently working in private practice and with a local BACP accredited counselling agency, offering support to both adults and young people.

I have the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, helping them navigate the challenges that can feel overwhelming at times. I truly believe in the power of counselling and the positive impact it can have on our lives.

If you’d like to explore how we might work together, please feel free to reach out by phone or email. I’d be happy to arrange a free 20-minute call at a time that suits you.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
