About me

I am a Counsellor and Psychotherapist in advanced training specialising in counselling using a relational and feminist intersectional framework. What this means is that I appreciate how your experiences have been shaped by unique circumstances: your family, your upbringing, social context, and more.

My aim is to offer a space for you to explore your internal world, supporting you to navigate your feelings, and empowering you to face challenges in your life. As James Baldwin famously wrote: "not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced".

I base my practice in Transactional Analysis (TA) and have experience working with bereavement, trauma, low mood and self-esteem, anxiety and depression.

By working together, we can explore ways of finding new meanings of past experiences, underpinned by curiosity, care, and responsibility. Therapy allows you to create your own tools to achieve meaningful change and lead a more fulfilling life.

  • Level 6 Diploma in Counselling (The Link Centre)
  • CPD Couples & Relationship Therapy Training (Caya Therapy)
