About me
Josh is an experienced psychotherapist and performance coach. He has nearly 10 years of clinical experience and 15 years working within mental health settings. He has built a reputation for empowering clients to overcome adverse life experiences and mental health challenges. He is an expert at helping clients identify and reflect on important areas for change, and utilising the client's own internal and external resources, fostering lasting change and personal growth.
His approach focuses on helping individuals learn from their experiences, enabling them to build resilience and thrive. He has worked with a range of demographics, having trained and practiced in the NHS and more recently, exclusively running a private practice. This diverse experience has allowed him to develop a flexible, client-centered approach, drawing from evidence-based techniques & modalities to best support each unique individual.
As part of his ongoing commitment to providing the highest standard of care, Josh regularly updates his practice through Continuing Professional Development (CPD). He is proficient in a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and personal coaching, allowing him to tailor treatment to the specific needs of each client.
Whether working with those seeking to overcome mental health challenges or those striving for peak performance, Josh brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate, results-driven approach to his work.
