About me

I have particular experience working with inter-cultural relationships, mixed-orientation dynamics, family expectations, conflict, trauma, new expecting families. I support people facing compulsive sexual behaviour (sometimes referred to as sex addiction), desire differences and work with an array of sexual difficulties that many people may encounter

My background in Social Policy and my British/Chinese & Spanish heritage shape my sensitivity to power, culture and relationships. I understand how pressure, responsibility & high-functioning lives affects intimacy. Therapy with me focuses on insight, accountability and sustainable change as a result of the work. If this resonates, your welcome to get in touch

Training, qualifications & experience

As an Accredited Psychosexual and Relationship Psychotherapist, I offer evidence-based, compassionate therapy for relationship conflict, trauma & sexual trauma, compulsive sexual behaviour (sometimes referred to as "sex addiction"),sexual difficulties, communication issues, infidelity, cross-cultural relationships, erectile variability, vaginismus, painful sex, compulsive porn use and LGBTQIA concerns

People often come to me when something in their sexual or relational life feels confusing, stuck or quietly painful. This might be conflict that keeps repeating, the sex and desire in a long-term relationship has shifted, there's infidelity, shame or coping behaviours that no longer feel in our control.

On the outside we may be functioning well, yet privately struggling with intimacy, identity or connection. I offer direct, practical and emotionally attuned therapy that bridges psychological depth with relational clarity. I work in a clear, compassionate and direct way, helping you name whats happening rather than going in circles.
