About me
Looking for a counsellor can feel like a big decision, especially when life has been weighing on you for a while. If you’ve found your way here, you’re already taking a meaningful step. My aim is to make this part feel a little easier and to offer a calm, steady space where you can arrive just as you are.
I’m Jordan, a person‑centred counsellor working with adults from all backgrounds, including people who are neurodivergent or exploring whether they might be. I have lived experience of neurodivergence myself, and that helps me create a space where you don’t have to mask, explain or shrink yourself to fit.
Before becoming a therapist, I was a client too. I know how important it is to feel heard, understood and not judged, and that shapes the way I work. My approach is gentle, steady and collaborative. You set the pace. I’m here to help you make sense of what feels tangled, heavy or confusing, and to see yourself with more clarity and compassion.
You might be dealing with anxiety, low mood, burnout, grief, relationship difficulties or something you can’t easily name. Maybe you just feel off, flat or unlike yourself. Whether you’re looking for slower, longer‑term work or something more focused and structured, we can shape the sessions around what you need.
I offer a relaxed introductory call so you can get a feel for me and ask any questions. There’s no pressure or expectation. It’s important you find someone you feel comfortable with.
As a registered member of the BACP, I’m committed to ethical, grounded and compassionate practice. My aim is to support you in understanding yourself more deeply and creating a life that feels more manageable and aligned with who you are.
If you’re ready to take the first step, I’d be glad to begin with a conversation

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
