About me
Do you feel that you are struggling to deal with life on your own? Feeling anxious, worried or have you lost someone close to you? Do you feel you need to talk to someone about past experiences that keep coming back?
I am here and ready to give you the time and space you need to talk.
I offer an open, calm space for you to express and explore yourself, your worries and desired change.
Life can be difficult and often we feel like we are alone in our problems and no-one can help. I believe that if we are able to express our problems in an open, safe and friendly environment, our world becomes much clearer. I work with people with problems such as anxiety, relationship difficulties, depression, loss and grief, disability and many other life events and challenges.
I see people online and in person in Oakham and Stamford and have availability for daytime sessions and limited evening sessions, arranged to meet your requirements where I can.
Please call me to discuss what your needs are. We can discuss your difficulties and goals, how and when we might meet and discuss costs.
I engage in long and short term work. I recommend a commitment of at least 6 sessions that we will regularly review against your goals. You will always be in control of the decision to attend.
