About me

I offer psychotherapy in person in Shoreditch, as well as online. I provide a safe, non-judgemental and reliable space to frame the therapeutic work. I passionately believe that the process of psychotherapy enables a greater capacity to live life more fully and profoundly each day.

I am a state registered psychotherapist with over twenty years of experience clinically as well as training psychotherapists at the University of Roehampton. I frequently teach both nationally and internationally.

I have experience in working with a broad range of difficulties and concerns from – but not limited to - anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, identity, purpose, confidence and self esteem, traumatic bereavement, and attachment difficulties.

All sessions, including consultation, last 50 minutes. Consulting rooms are located in Brick Lane or Whitechapel, in person or online.

Should you be interested in beginning therapy, please contact me to arrange an initial telephone conversation with a view to a consultation.

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
