About me
Whether it’s a recent change in your life or something that’s been bubbling under the surface for years, counselling and psychotherapy in a caring, compassionate setting will help you cope. I offer face-to-face counselling in Carmarthen or Lampeter and also online counselling for people worldwide.
I provide a safe, confidential space for you to explore your feelings and experiences. You might be looking for counselling to help you deal with a recent life change, such as moving house or changing jobs, or perhaps you’re looking for tools to help you cope with an anxiety disorder such as social anxiety, or more general worries. Perhaps you’ve recently experienced a loss such as the end of a relationship, job loss, or a changed health condition.
These experiences and others can all bring about feelings of anxiety, depression, and overwhelm. Whatever the problem, I will listen to you with understanding and empathy, and utilise a variety of counselling techniques to help you cope with these life challenges.
