About me
My journey into counselling is shaped not only by professional training, but also by lived experience. As someone who is queer, neurodiverse, from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds, and who embraces non-traditional relationship structures, I understand what it can feel like to exist outside of society's expectations.
I know the experience of searching for belonging, navigating identity, and feeling different from those around you. At times in my own life, I have struggled profoundly with my mental health and know how isolating and overwhelming that can be. Therapy played a significant role in my own healing and growth, and it ultimately inspired me to become a counsellor.
Because of these experiences, creating an inclusive and affirming space is deeply important to me. I welcome people of all genders, sexualities, relationship styles, cultures, and backgrounds. Whether you identify as LGBTQIA+, are exploring your identity, are neurodiverse, practise ethical non-monogamy, are part of the kink community, or simply want a therapist who values difference and individuality, you will be met with respect, curiosity, and compassion. My aim is to provide a space where you do not have to hide parts of yourself in order to be accepted.
Choosing a counsellor can feel like a big step. I believe that the relationship between client and therapist is one of the most important parts of the therapeutic process, so it can be helpful to know a little about the person sitting opposite you.
I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and hold a Foundation Degree in Integrative Counselling from Iron Mill College. My approach is rooted in person-centred values, offering a warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. As an integrative counsellor, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, tailoring therapy to your individual needs rather than expecting you to fit into a single model.
Alongside counselling, I am an artist, jeweller, painter, and photographer, coming from a long line of artists and makers. Creativity has always been woven into my life and continues to influence how I understand growth, self-expression, resilience, and healing. While not every client chooses to work creatively, I appreciate the many ways people make sense of their experiences beyond words alone.
Above all, I believe that everyone deserves a place where they can feel safe, understood, and accepted exactly as they are. My role is not to judge, diagnose who you are, or tell you how to live your life. Instead, I offer a supportive relationship where we can explore your experiences together, helping you develop greater self-understanding, self-acceptance, and connection with yourself and others.
I offer counselling for adults (18+) in Swansea and online via video or telephone. Sessions are £60, with a limited number of reduced-fee spaces available. If you're unsure whether I'm the right therapist for you, I offer a free 20-minute introductory consultation with no pressure or obligation.
You deserve a space where you can show up as your whole self. My hope is that therapy can be that space.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
