About me

I specialise in supporting people who have experienced trauma, whether this was in a relationship, caused by a life event or a loss.

Many of my clients come to me wanting to understand themselves better, to feel safe again, and to reconnect with who they truly are. You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, but you’re also looking for a therapy experience that feels genuinely human, respectful, and effective.

I offer a compassionate, personalised approach to CBT that honours your unique story. My clients often tell me that previous therapy felt too structured, too clinical, or just didn’t ‘click’. That’s why I prioritise warmth, empathy, and the therapeutic relationship above all else. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel truly seen and understood, not just as a set of symptoms, but as a whole person.

If we explore EMDR for trauma, I’ll help you feel grounded and supported, using techniques like compassionate imagery to gently process what’s been holding you back.

We’ll build a shared understanding, a ‘map of you’, including both your challenges and your strengths. You’ll leave therapy not only with practical tools, but also with a clearer sense of yourself, your values, and the life you want to lead.

  • Certificate in CBT supervision 2018

With over 10 years’ experience as a therapist, teacher, and supervisor, I bring depth and care to every session.
