About me
Integrative and transpersonal psychotherapeutic approach:
WELCOME.
My approach is to provide the space and support to explore what is going on for you. With time and practice you may feel more confident about the tools and inner resources you have to live your life.
Perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed, alone or are thinking about personal growth; please feel free to contact me. I can offer you psychotherapy, counselling or coaching depending on what you are looking for. I work with both individuals or couples on a range of issues listed below and also have a particular interest in PARENTING.
I find that lasting change comes from within and not from being told what to do. Together I can help you explore your feelings, experiences, anxieties and all that is important to you in order to understand better what is going on and what is helpful for the future.
I provide a space to “be” with the client in a way you may not experience usually, to facilitate a sense of well-being. I am specifically interested in a deeper search for truth and bringing awareness of our essential being. In addition the transpersonal approach is also able to help growth and development and can focus on working with the creative imagination.
Please be assured that I have a compassionate and sensitive approach and treat all enquiries and sessions with strict confidentiality.
I provide 50 minute sessions usually on a weekly basis at an agreed time.
I also offer SUPERVISION to therapists, life coaches and other practitioners in the field of health.
I am accredited by the UKCP and adhere to their ethical codes of practice.
I work with individuals, couples and groups.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have a masters degree and diploma in counselling and psychotherapy and over 15 years experience in working with clients. Ongoing professional development and personal growth is something I pursue rigorously on a consistent basis.

Member organisations
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
