About me
Do you feel stuck in the same painful relationship patterns, unsure how to break free or move forward? Whether it’s challenges with a partner, estranged family relationships, or the lingering impact of a difficult childhood, I can help you build stronger connections, communicate effectively, and reclaim a sense of balance in your life.
Do you
- Struggle to express your needs or feel heard in your relationships?
- Feel disconnected or lonely, even when surrounded by loved ones?
- Carry the weight of unresolved family conflict or a difficult past?
Therapy can transform how you relate to yourself and others. Reaching out doesn’t have to be overwhelming:
- We’ll go at your pace, ensuring you feel safe and supported.
- Together, we’ll explore practical tools to navigate your challenges.
- You’ll gain clarity and understanding to create meaningful change.
Therapy can help you feel more confident, connected, and at peace by:
- Providing a safe space to unpack your feelings, so you can start healing old wounds.
- Developing tools to improve communication, so you can strengthen your relationships.
- Understanding your attachment pattern, so you can foster secure and fulfilling connections.
I started my private practice because I saw so many individuals and couples struggling with the complexities of relationships, often feeling stuck, misunderstood, and overwhelmed by their past. This can leave you feeling isolated, frustrated, and unsure of how to move forward. But with the right support, it’s possible to rewrite your story, heal from the past, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
With extensive experience in counselling people with relationship challenges, with attachment issues, and wrestling with the impact of difficult childhoods, I understand how painful these struggles can be. I’ve also navigated some of these challenges myself and know how transformative the right tools and insights can be.
In my counselling career, I have supported many clients in:
- Healing from family estrangements and creating new, healthy boundaries.
- Overcoming the impact of childhood adversity to find confidence and self-worth.
- Building deeper, more meaningful connections in their relationships.
I am committed to providing a compassionate and supportive space for you to grow. Previous clients have said that I’ve helped them feel heard, understood, and empowered to make lasting changes.
So please don’t hesitate to reach out. Email me to book a free, no-obligation introductory call—I’d love to discuss how we can work together to help you achieve the change you’re seeking.
