About me
I am a fully qualified and accredited Psychotherapist and I am passionate about helping people through challenging times and supporting them to achieve the goals that we set together in our sessions.
My approach is one of compassion, empathy, warmth and confidentiality. I can help with a wide range of issues including:
- Feelings of stress and anxiety and low moods
- Helping individuals to move on after a traumatic event
- Grief and bereavement
- Feelings of being overwhelmed with life
- Relationship issues
I use an integrative approach in my work with you and I have trained in a number of approaches (CBT, Psychodynamic and Person Centred), which means I can adapt each session to your individual needs and requirements.
My aim is to provide you with a safe, calm and non-judgmental space to be yourself and explore your thoughts and feelings. We can set your goals together and progress from there whilst we work towards the change you want.
