About me

Hi, I’m Jess, an integrative therapist!

I work with both children and adults.

I work with Highly sensitive people and neurodivergent individuals ( self diagnosed + official diagnosis) who experience difficulties with self-esteem, identity, and body image. Many of my clients have grown up feeling misunderstood or “different,” often leading to masking, people pleasing behaviours, and a deeply ingrained inner critic.

I Have a few session slots remaining to take. Please see my remaining availability for these lower down.

I specialise in working with neurodivergent adults, particularly women, who experience low self-esteem, identity difficulties, and a strong inner critic. You may have spent much of your life masking, people-pleasing, or trying to meet expectations, while internally feeling self-doubting or “not good enough.”

Often, these patterns develop as ways of coping in earlier life, especially when you’ve felt misunderstood or unsupported. Over time, they can lead to a sense of disconnection, from yourself, your needs, and your identity.

You might feel deeply self-critical, overthink how you come across, or struggle to feel comfortable in yourself or your body. Even if you appear to be coping on the outside, it can feel exhausting and isolating underneath.

I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where we can explore these experiences together. My approach is collaborative and paced with care, helping you to better understand yourself, reduce self-criticism, and build a more stable sense of self-worth.

I often work in an existential way, meaning I focus not only on current difficulties but also on the wider patterns, life experiences, and relationships that have shaped how you see yourself and the world.

Where helpful, I may suggest resources such as books or podcasts, and I use thoughtful self-disclosure when it supports the therapeutic relationship, creating a space that feels human, relatable, and grounded.

My aim is to help you reconnect with who you are, develop self-trust, and move towards a way of living that feels more aligned, authentic, and sustainable.

How I work:

Online therapy offers a flexible, accessible way to work together, wherever you are. It can be especially helpful if you have a busy schedule, find it difficult to travel, are often on the move, or live outside of London or the UK. I work with clients globally, creating a consistent and supportive space that feels grounded, personal, and just as meaningful as being in the room together.

In person therapy - I offer in person therapy in Hove. These slots are weekly ( meaning you’d have to commit to a specific spot each week )

Remaining slots -

 Monday 11am, 12pm

Tuesday  2pm

Friday 3pm

I work on a open ended basis - this simply means you lead the way. Maybe you want 12 sessions only or maybe you're looking for a long term therapist, who can support you going forwards, for as long as you may need. I'm here for all journeys.

Get in touch -  If you’d like to know more about the way we could work together, please send an email to -

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
